My photography is all about character and moments. Capturing the essence of my clients, or the vibe of an event...you can feel it when you look at your images.
I started my career with a love of taking pictures and a hand me down camera. I worked for everything I have and saved for every piece of equipment I bought. I think going about it that way brought me closer to the art form and made everything personal.
I do owe significant thanks to master photographer Eli Pitta, whom I apprenticed under for two years in 2013 and 2014. The way I go about my life and profession will always be reminiscent of what he taught me.
I love being a part of the most important event in someone's life. It's wonderful to witness so much joy and happiness. The enjoyment I take in my work also comes with enormous responsibility. A wedding can fly by in a flash so I strive to take advantage of every second by being aware of what happens around me at all times. My goal is to capture the beauty and spirit of the day in an artistic, photojournalistic and unobtrusive way.
I want my images to bring the bride and groom back to their wedding day, to relive their own experience and also see what they may have missed.
I prefer to cover the whole event from start to finish, beginning with pre-ceremony preparations and finishing with the bride & groom departing from the reception. I focus on details, activities, and candid moments. It's worth noting that weddings arent the only thing I shoot, please inquire if you have any questions. Thank you for taking the time to view my work, I hope you enjoyed it.
